The clients desire to create a pared back holiday retreat with an elemental functionality has been realised with this small building where a tangible experience of the outdoors is the key priority. Perched on the hill with panoramic views over Mercury Bay to the east and a private vista across the valley to the bush clad hills to the west. A central covered roof links the three living pods and creates a communal semi-outdoor living space.
